A very happy New Year from Impact Investment Exchange Asia and Impact Investment Shujog! As a new year starts, a new series of Impact Chats begins with a Chat that examines how the discussion of impact investing is evolving and who are the major actors leading that conversation.
This January, Impact Chat is kicking off with a bang with a Chat held in collaboration with UBS’s Values Based Investing team. We will be featuring Mr. Alex Friedman, currently the Chief Investment Officer for UBS Wealth Management and formerly Chief Financial Officer with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Alex will be doing a sit-down interview with IIX’s Managing Director, Robert Kraybill, to share the insights he has gained in his own journey from the world’s largest philanthropic foundation to a global leader in wealth management, and will discuss the role major banks such as UBS can play in promoting new paradigms such as Impact Investing.
