Jeremy is part of the Corporate Finance Team at IIX.
He currently handles regional deals and initiates capital-raising for sustainable emerging market entities. He was also involved in the preliminary evaluation of enterprises for the Women’s Livelihood Bond and several other advisory projects.
Passionate about creating value through businesses, Jeremy immersed himself in various startups spanning from social enterprises to environmental technology firms before joining IIX. His experience in the local startup scene has also connected him with many governmental agencies and institutions both in Singapore and abroad. With strong interests in the financial markets as well, Jeremy is part of the local trading and investment community with experience in trading both spot currencies and commodities. He had previously completed a stint at the Singapore Exchange as a derivatives analyst, where he was part of the commodities desks to launch the SGX Electricity and Gold Futures contracts. He also headed NUS Invest – a college investment association with an outreach of more than 10,000 students, where he co-founded a hedge fund supported Trader Incubator and a Portfolio Management Program, mentored by industry experts to groom budding traders and fund managers.
He received his Bachelor of Social Sciences in Economics from National University of Singapore.
