Matilda is a member of Shujog’s Research & Programs team; she focuses on impact assessment as well as IIX business development projects.
Prior to joining Shujog, Matilda was an Assistant Manager at World Vision International Singapore (WVS), an international humanitarian organization dedicated to tackling the root causes of poverty. Matilda straddled two portfolios at WVS: International Programmes and Youth Development. As regional portfolio lead for East Asia, she managed development programs across seven countries that impacted more than 400,000 beneficiaries. As part of the Youth Development team, she created WVS’ first development-related bilateral youth programme – the programme involved facilitating the transfer of entrepreneurship skills and knowledge from polytechnic students in Singapore to youths in Cambodia.
Before WVS, Matilda had interned at Janalakshmi Social Services (India), Grameen Bank (Bangladesh), Ernst & Young (Singapore), and Gawad Kalinga Hope Initiative (Singapore).
Matilda holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University.
